Setbacks for Primary and Accessory Structures in the Multimodal Transportation District, Residential Preservation-1 Zoning District, and Residential Preservation -2 Zoning Districts.

(For Betton Hills, the Multimodal Transportation District is essentially that part of Betton Hills that is south of Betton Road.  The vast majority of lots in Betton are zoned RP-1.  I believe all the RP-2 lots are south of Betton and so would be considered to in the MultiModal Transporation District.)
